Yesterday LVenture Group released some amazing news about our accelerator and our startups.
According to data collected from 2013 to the present, our acceleration program has now a 94% success rate: over 9 out of 10 startups get investments from third-parties at the end of the program
In just over two years, the ability to raise funds for the startups accelerated by our program has grown both in terms of speed and volume of capital raised: the times are reduced considerably while the volume of funds has quadrupled.
Brave Potions, Majeeko, Moovenda, Nextwin, Verticomics and Voverc, startups which participated to the last acceleration program ended in June 2015, have all agreed investment rounds at our Investor Day and have formalized the same within three weeks.
The total value of the commitment reached by the 6 startups is over 2.25 million Euros. Of these, more than 75% of the 1.2 million Euro which have already been subscribed and paid, comes from private investors external to LVenture Group. The agreements for the remaining sum are in the process of finalization.
Here are the details about the funding raised by the six startups:
LVenture Group participates in these operations for a total of 525 thousand Euros. Several co-investors involved are angel investors belonging to Angel Partner Group, a group of angel investors that has LVenture Group among its founding members.
For Luigi Capello, CEO of LVenture Group and founder of LUISS ENLABS “The results of the accelerator LUISS ENLABS make it rightfully enter the list of the best accelerators in the world. The synergy between LVenture Group, the accelerator LUISS ENLABS and LUISS University who is a partner, creates a robust ecosystem that gives nourishment to our startups and allows them to find both the economic resources and the expertise to win on the market.”
The Call for Applications for the next acceleration program which will start in January 2016 is open until October 25th and it is possible to apply here.
