Snapback is a highly innovative startup designing humanmachine interfaces for motorist, workplace and personal safety applications.
We are looking for a Chief Revenue Officer, head of business development, responsible for all revenue generation processes, from the identification of new micromarket areas to the pricing and offering strategy and the elaboration of a retention strategy. We look for a person with excellent ability to identify new sales prospects within short deadlines, active in the motorist, workplace and personal safety markets and a good capacity to create a network of clients. He/she is expected to have strong business acumen, consultative sales skills preferably gained in the software industry, well developed negotiation skills. He / she will be highly motivated, willing to travel, and a strong team player who will collaborate with the Chief Executive and Chief Strategy Officers. The company offers a competitive package with strong OTE.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the software or B2B service industry, with proven and documented track record in dealing with OEM, ODM, OS companies, Digital content & service providers.
- Fluent English communication skills, written and verbal, are a must.
Language skills in Italian or other languages are also an asset.
